Lifeguard Course Info Scholarship Application

Please send us an email at info@downatahotsprings.com if you would like this application sent to you by email as an attached Microsoft Word document or if you would like an application sent to you by mail. Please indicate on your email request, the method you would prefer. You can print out the application below and fax it to 208 897 5940 or mail to PO Box 185, Downey, ID 83234. All applications must be received by March 1st for 2011 summer employment. This includes all former lifeguards.

CPR Re-certification fee for former employees will be $20 for 2011. CPR/Lifeguard Re-certification fee will be $45 for 2011. Lifeguard Course fee will be $135 and includes CPR mask. Lap swimming is available Thursday nights starting in January. Cost is $5 per class or $20 for the month. Please attend a month or two before lifeguard course if you need to work on swimming and endurance skills. Pre-Course test for lifeguard course required before you are eligible to take the course. Fees must be paid first day of lifeguard course. You must be 15 years of age to enroll in the lifeguard course and be eligible for on-call lifeguard position You must be 16 years of age to be a full time lifeguard at Downata Hot Springs. Full time guards work 30-40 hours weekly.
