Ranch House (for up to 12 guests): Two Bedrooms with queen size bed. One Large Bedroom with 3 full size beds.  One Queen Sofa Sleeper in front room.  Small game and play room downstairs with Fooze Ball table.  Outside includes a gas grill, 3 picnic tables, fire pit and private volleyball.  Other entities include satellite TV., phone, TV., VCR, DVD, iron, dishes and more.   Pool towels and pool admission not included in regular rental rate.  Tent space  rental available on the Ranch House lawn and two RV water & power hookups available for extra guests.  Campground rates apply.   We only put enough house supplies for twelve guests so please bring extra supplies if you have extra guests tenting on the lawn.  Ranch House rental includes only vehicles belonging to the twelve Ranch House guests.
